In 2010, Village Baptist Church was planted in Ongito Market Centre by Pastor Kephas Rhodo. Since then, God has transformed many lives as members apply His Word and walk in their blessings. The church continues to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, proclaiming His message of love, salvation, and faith. Through prayer, commitment, and outreach, the ministry seeks to reach more souls, strengthen believers, and advance God's work.

Our Pastor
Pastor Kephas Rhodo’s journey in ministry began after a personal encounter with Jesus Christ that transformed his life and gave him a deep burden for the lost. Through God’s grace, he experienced a strong and unquenchable desire to preach the Gospel and share the truth of God’s Word with others. Moved by this calling, and led by the Holy Spirit, Pastor Kephas dedicated himself to studying the Scriptures and faithfully proclaiming the uncompromised Word of God. His passion has always been to see lives changed, believers grounded in sound doctrine, and communities transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.In the year 2010, following this divine calling, Pastor Kephas Rhodo planted Ongito Baptist Church at Ongito Market Centre. Since then, the church has grown as many believers have learned to apply God’s Word to their daily lives, walk in faith, and discover the blessings found in obedience to Christ. To God alone be the glory.
